Hi, I'm Jess! I’m an LCSW providing virtual therapy to adults in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

A lot of the people I work with are the ones holding everything together. The caregiver, the high-achiever, the person who keeps showing up for everyone else while quietly running on empty. If any part of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

I'm a mom of two, so I get it. Life is full. Time is short. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, your own needs end up at the bottom of the list.

My work focuses on anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and substance or alcohol use. I also have a real soft spot for supporting people through the parenthood journey — pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between. Whatever you're carrying, I want to help you figure out what to do with it.

Quiet Growth Counseling reflects the kind of space I aim to offer. One that does not require urgency, performance, or having everything figured out. Therapy with me is about creating room to pause, process, and grow in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

My approach

Therapy with me feels less like a formal appointment and more like a really good conversation with someone who's genuinely in your corner.

I pull from CBT, ACT, interpersonal therapy, strengths-based work, and positive psychology, but I don't lead with frameworks. I lead with you. Your goals, your pace, your life.

I'm not here to tell you what to do or hand you a checklist. I'm here to help you see things from angles you might not have considered, find what's already working, and build from there. Humor has its place too. We're human.

You don't need the right words. You don't need a plan. You just need to show up.

Insurance & payment

I accept many major insurance plans through third-party platforms such as Headway, SonderMind, Grow, and Talkspace. Private pay sessions are $150.
