  • You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or stuck in a transition. If something in your life feels heavier than it should, therapy can help.

  • I work with adults dealing with anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, substance or alcohol use challenges, and major life transitions — including pregnancy and postpartum changes. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident in your daily life.

  • My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. Therapy with me is a conversation — not a lecture. We focus on understanding patterns, building insight, and developing tools you can actually use outside of sessions.

  • Yes. At this time, all sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to attend from anywhere in New York. Virtual therapy offers flexibility, privacy, and continuity without sacrificing quality of care.

  • Yes. I’m in-network with many major insurance plans through platforms like Headway and Grow Therapy. My self-pay rate is $150 per session. I’m happy to help you understand your coverage and costs before we begin.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially in the beginning. As goals are met and progress builds, sessions may shift to biweekly or as needed.

  • The first session is about getting to know you and what brought you in. We’ll talk through your concerns, clarify goals, and decide together what support might look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once.

  • That’s completely normal. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.
