Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I provide virtual therapy to adults in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and substance or alcohol use. Many of the people I support are balancing multiple roles such as caregiving, relationships, career demands, or major identity shifts, and are looking for a space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.

As a mom of two, I understand how full and demanding life can feel, and how easy it is to put your own needs last.

I have a particular interest in supporting people through transitions around caregiving and parenthood, including pregnancy and postpartum, while also working with adults across a wide range of life experiences.

Quiet Growth Counseling reflects the kind of space I aim to offer. One that does not require urgency, performance, or having everything figured out. Therapy here is about creating room to pause, process, and grow in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

I also have experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, memory impairment, severe mental illness, and substance use disorders. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and believe therapy should meet you where you are — not where you think you should be.

My approach is person-centered and grounded in real, human connection. I focus on helping you feel supported and understood, while moving at a pace that actually feels sustainable in real life.

Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational, with room for honesty, reflection, and humor when it fits. You don’t need the right words, a neat timeline, or a clear plan from day one.

We don’t force growth here. We let it happen — steadily, intentionally, and on your terms.

Insurance & payment

I accept many major insurance plans through third-party platforms such as Headway, SonderMind, Grow, and Talkspace. Private pay sessions are $150.

I’m happy to help verify insurance coverage during our initial communication and answer any questions you may have about payment options.
